help the Rockies' cause.  Gonzalez is making a case that he should be the starting second baseman next season.

with the go ahead single to bring in Bigbie!!

And Gonzo...all he does is play. He swings at a pitch out to protect Bigbie, and gets a catchers interference call!!

Also...is it just me or does Cory Sullivan strike out at an amazing rate in pressure situations? We had a chance to pad the lead and he doesnt even put the ball in play.

Lets go Fuentes!!!

More good news
We get to keep Andy Machado - he cleared waivers. So did Relaford, but he's been released.

How good was Q! with the glove tonight? That play up the middle was PHEE-nomenal.

Bring Back Tim Harikkala!

BK Kim
No, we don't keep him. I guess maybe if he'll take a 500-750k salary or something, then he might but I doubt he will.

Go Rox! We can still win this thing..  Let's really p-off the eastern press. They would have a field day bashing everything from Coors Field to Rocky Mountian National Park, which none of them would know how to appreciate because it doesn't have a Tiffany's or a White Castle.

And thank God fo that!

ROAD SERIES WIN!!
It was my first time seeing the Rockies in person and boy was the game fun! I think I pissed off alot of Giants fans though, oh well they don't matter anyway. Omar really has a great glove and spunk, Kim was great at keeping the Giants' offense at bay, and Gonzalez's home run was really impressive - that was dead center field, over 400 feet.

Ooooooh and I got Jeff Francis's autograph and I still can't believe my luck!

Sweet!
I had to go to bed because I'm out here on the east coast, but this is a happy happy morning to wake up to.
