Scouting Report / Bio: A right-handed reliever with no true major league pitch, Beckstead's greatest attribute is his versatility. He's capable of throwing one to three innings with similar effectiveness, and has pitched several games in a row. Reportedly throws in the high eighties, Beckstead lacks quality movement on his pitches, and his breaking ball can be rather slurvy.
Future Outlook: Triple A long/middle reliever, but likely no cup of coffee in the bigs.
