Scouting Report / Bio: Frey is an excellent defensive centerfielder with limited offensive potential. He had a decent season in 2006(despite skipping Asheville), hitting .281 and stealing 22 bases. He has good speed and plate discipline, but no power to speak of. He is comparable to Cory Sullivan in terms of body-type, upside and ability.
Future Outlook: 4th Outfielder at higher levels.
