Like the AP poll

Users submit lists of prospects 1-30, and then we just assign points in reverse order. 30 for number one, 29 for number 2, etc.., out of 13 votes cast, Stewart had eleven first place votes and two second place votes.

I don't get it

Question: exactly what does Matt Daley have to do to get some consideration as a legitimate prospect? Have an ERA below 0.00? Pitch with his toes while standing on his head? Year after year I see a guy starting a new classification at the end of the bench, then by midseason he’s the team’s closer or #1 setup man. Now he’s doing the same in AAA. He puts up the numbers, everybody talks about what a great competitor he is, and did you see what he did in the spring against major league competition? What gives?
