While last night's matchup featured two starters vying to tie Brandon Webb for first place in the NL wins standings, tonight's features two starters vying to get their ERA's under 6.00. It's quite a swing, and I'm not sure I'll want to watch the carnage for very long.

Anyone heard anything about how long this delay will be?
Also, re: Yorvit. Better to have him in there against a potentially sucky pitcher than in a game with a good pitcher.

I'm rather enjoying this.
And better yet, I see no reason why it can’t continue. Seems to me that things are finally clicking in unison. With Francis due back in five days (nice 4.2 IP in Tulsa tonight – 4 H, 1 R, 8 K, 0 BB) I suddenly think we could have a pretty decent front four in our rotation, and the lineup is really seeing the ball well.
That’s 8 of 9 out of the break. Keep rolling.
