I am disappointed that Hirsch won’t be starting. I have missed him and would love for him to be back sooner rather than later. And what’s the deal with starting a guy that hasn’t started in the majors since 2000?

Hirsh has been disappointing this year

Taking forever to recover from the injury followed by this, where clearly the FO would call him up if they had any confidence that he could get it done right now…I guess we can just hope he gets it together for the next go-round of “who is going to pitch on Tuesday?”
