Actually, I’m more baffled by the fact that we are trying to play as if we’re “in contention” yet refuse to put the best eight guys on the field at the same time to back our pitchers.

I so don't mis Oklahoma in the summer time

at least here in Colorado, we don’t have the Humidity.

And speaking of humidity…..I did several jobs in Florida and Miami…...near the beach there was a breeze. One job was just in land where we had a little of that sea breeze…just enough to teese.

For a while we were doing great

I was from North Central area

as a kid (near Ponca City) and as soon as the Wheat got cut, and the fields got disked….around the end of July…it was just always shot up.

But Oklahoma summers are why I love Fall so much. That big rain, that came in the middle of September that would break the heat, was like a gift from God, that I so looked forward to.

I've been to 3 Marlin games in Miami

and the best part: You don’t have to walk far. Park close to the stadium. I mean I’ve seen more cars at the movie theater at Colorado Mills Mall.
