I went to a Tulsa Drillers game when I was like 9 that was rained out.

Back on May 9,

went to the Mets game because the Mets kept claiming they’d get it in. Ninety minutes after the scheduled start time, it was moved to the next day for a split-admission double-header.

On 27 June 2007, I saw Tom Glavine inch closer to 300 wins because the rain shortened the game to six innings, which turned out to be a 1-hour, 25-minute complete game shutout for him.

It’s a horrible lineup, but I’d still like my evening baseball, thanks.

I’ve never been to a game that was rained out, but there was one game last year that was delayed for nearly an hour and a half.

jinx me with the rainout talk. I’m flying about 2000 miles (each way) to see the Rox this weekend. My first trip to Denver and it would only be my luck to have the first rainout in a million years!
