I had tickets to the game but didn’t go (gave them to friends) because I stayed up til 5am last night at my best friend’s wedding and couldn’t face the long light rail ride home… but now I am REALLY regretting that decision. ARGH!

I made the mistake of praising a player for making a nice stop on a ground ball. In the middle of the sentence, he then airmailed the throw into the stands.
I now make certain I wait until the play is over until I say anything about it.

Replaced the left rear window regulator,
replaced the master power window switch, reassembled the rear left door, re-oiled the air filter and valve cover breather filter, replaced the foglight fuse and bulbs, upgraded the exhaust manifold to a shorty catforward header, upgraded the intake manifold to a Y2K Focus mani. Replaced the intake mani gaskets and the exhaust gasket; cleaned out the exhaust ports on the cylinder head. Replaced the damaged rear bumper cover reinforcement.
Next up: changing out the brake pedal to a Mach 1 Mustang pedal, changing out the right rear door lock, replacing the fuel filter, upgrading the grounds.
So, yeah. I’ve been busy.

I want the Rockies to win this game. Rather, I want the game to be competitive, and having a guy walk the first two batters shows that he doesn’t have any command.
I think the problem is that you seem to have come to the thread for the specific
purpose of expressing how bad you think Contreras is.
Walking the first two guys, allowing Carlos Ruiz to get a hit and a RBI doesn't
mean that Contreras has command issues, and more importantly Tracy not seeing that and subbing him out?
My point is you haven't been on the thread the whole game.
And then you suddenly show up to say Contreras is terrible. It doesn’t exactly help your cause.
