I literally got no sleep last night
due to that heart breaking loss. It was just about 2:30 am when it got over for me, and I could not settle myself down to fall asleep. I kept thinking about Tulo and our last at bat. If he only just got a base hit, instead of swinging for the walk off :(

Well, that was our Chance…. Its been a good season.
Quitting on this team so early in the game is idiotic. Did you watch the game when Heath Bell hadn’t blown a save all season and Torrealba hit a game winning double to beat him? How about the time Huston Street blew a save against the Brewers and Iannetta won the game in the 11th inning. Or the time they were down 3 runs in extra innings and Spilly hit a GSHR? Or how about the time the Rockies were 15 games down in May and came back to nearly win the division?

If the Rockies don’t win, yeah, the lost opportunity in the 1st will loom large. Nobody denies that. But to declare the game over is pretty excessive.
