Ignorance of the American League is a sign of good moral character.
Look out Dodgers...Purple objects in mirror are closer than they appear.

I know you guys are probably all at work and not happy about the start time.....

but in the UK it means the games today and tomorrow start at 7:30 pm (I watch on mlb.tv), just about the perfect time, and it means I don’t have to turn up to work tomorrow having no sleep, as so often happened during the regular season

Go Rockies!!!

Good, innit, bluemoon :) except...

My gf has very kindly said I can watch it tonight round hers, bless her. She knows how important it is to me. And it’ll be nice to get cuddles when we lose. Tomorrow night I have choir practice, so I’ll only get to see the last inning or two.

You know what, today, no French jokes.

But now I’m hungry because the crisp vs. chip thing got me thinking about the fish and chips at Patrick Carrols. Actually served with chips, not fries. And they get just a touch of sogginess from lemon juice and malt vinegar. People might think soggy and thing gross, but they are fan-durn-tastic.

I have a lunch dilemma.

It’s only 11 here, and I don’t normally go out and get lunch until 1, so getting lunch in time for 1st pitch is really early. But if I don’t go now, I’ll likely miss part of an inning, even though most stuff is really close.

But I won’t be able to last until after the game.

Actually I am biased; I sort of have a crush on Joe. But not really.
