Alomar, Martinez among 26 on MLB Hall ballot
We have some former Rockies on this list. Who has a chance to hang around until next year? Galarraga, Burks, Zeile or Murphy? Of this new crowd who do you think has the best chance to make it into the HoF someday?

Galarraga
I think that El Gato Grande has the best shot of this group, albeit a long shot. Maybe Murphy, but his numbers are nearly identical to the Cat’s. Murphy may have a better shot because the Cat played in Denver. None of them will get in this year.
Honestly, the best chance that we have in the near future of someone going in as a Rockie is Vinny Castilla, I think. Not that his numbers are all that great, but he is arguably the best position player to ever come from Mexico. I think that may help his candidacy.
Obviously, Larry Walker will get some love once he’s eligible. He’s borderline. It’ll be interesting to hear the discussion on him.

I think Todd's the first to get in as a Rockie
At least he better be
I wonder if Bud Selig will give the Yankees a receipt with their World Series purchase

I'd guess Barry Larkin and Bert Blyleven have the best chance this year IMO.
