Best Baseball Magazine?

Hello Everyone,

I have been a silent reader of the PurpleRow for far to long now. But I was thinking of getting my high school aged brother a subscription to a baseball magazine for Christmas. He plays baseball, so I would like to get him something that he could learn from as well as read. As the premier baseball group out here, I thought I would get all your opinions.

So, in your opinions, which is the best baseball related magazine?

Eat. Drink. Be Merry. But the above FanPost does not necessarily reflect the attitudes, opinions, or views of Purple Row's staff (unless, of course, it's written by the staff [and even then, it still might not]).

Sports Weekly

I like the value of Sports Weekly for the price. I’d love Baseball America, but it’s a tad pricey.

Sports Weekly does “feature” other sports, though. Which could be a negative :)

Hmm this is tough

There are so many great baseball websites but i don’t know of many great baseball magazines

I wonder if Bud Selig will give the Yankees a receipt with their World Series purchase

Baseball Digest

Best monthly baseball publishing out there, you learn so much every issue about players and teams from the past 50 years at least to present day you’d never have known.
