Hurdle's Fate in 2009

Now that Spring has officially gotten underway (Pitchers and Catchers have reported and they are racing at Daytona), I thought it would be worth getting this argument under way.  As many of you know Hurdle is in the final year of his contract and he is preaching fundamentals to help get the team out of the gate.

Should he fail to inspire this season, how long do you think Clint will make it and why?

Poll
How long will Client Hurdle be on the bench for the Rocks in 2009?
He will be there against the Dodgers on Memorial Day, however the team just didn't respond to focusing on fundamentals.

He will be there against the Snakes on July 4th, however confidence is lost.

He will be there against the Reds on Labor Day, however it looks like the dog days of summer will bring the end.

He will be there against the Dodgers on October 4th, however the team struggled all season, missed the post season and it looks like the club needs a change in direction.

He will be there on October 4th with a new contract after the Rocks had one helluva season and made it to the post season or at least made it close.

Stupid Client Hurdle

I hate that guy.

I much prefer Consultant Hurdle.

Hurdle should be the Public Relations director..

He’s gifted in front of the microphone.

Keepin' warm by the hot stove season.

I still remember

the “Shame on you for not watching us”

Hell yeah!

That was the statement of the playoffs. Unfortunately the team wasn’t worth watching in the Series.

Keepin' warm by the hot stove season.

I think the Rockies will be in the fight

to the end. If that happens, Hurdle and O’Dowd will get new contracts. If on the other hand, the Rocks stumble out of the gate and struggle in April, Clint will never see Memorial Day IMO.
