If you haven't, please fill out the ballot.

Also, if someone can send me an email at tom~tangotiger~net (replace the ~ as appropriate) to discuss the pitchers, I'd appreciate it. The forecasts for them are all over the place.

Help Tango out with this

There is some ignorance skewing his results, like people projecting Francis to pitch this year, and THREE projections that Manny Corpas will throw over 200 innings…

You were the one who had Corpas at 200+ IP aren't you!

Absolutely not.

Apparently, I may know more about your team than many of your own fans.

Thanks

It would be easier for me to figure out what is a junk ballot if more people put out good ballots. The bad ones will stick out easier. Seeing Corpas with 3 200+ IP makes it too hard to see it as junk.

If someone wants to volunteer to flagging certain players as junk responses, that’d be great.

By all accounts

Francis is out for the year. It’s possible he could be ready by September with a speedy recovery, but highly doubtful.

Shane Lindsay won’t hit 200+IP because he is a minor league relief pitcher who probably won’t see the majors this year. And Greg Reynolds is probably 8th on the SP depth chart, so he won’t see 200+IP either. I also don’t see Esmil Rogers getting any playing time beyond a September call-up, if that.

And also

Koshansky was claimed by the Rangers, so he’ll be at 0 games for us. I think they’re trying to send him to AAA as well, since he’s blocked by Davis/Blalock/Young

Thank you

Ok, so I’m going to be deleting the Fan who voted 200 for Lindsay first, and see if that’s the same joker who voted the other guys. I’ll be back in a few minutes. I really appreciate this guys.

Deleted the junks

Ok, I got rid of 4 junk ballots, which included Corpas + someone else (Francis and/or Lindsay, etc).

Nothing really sticks out alot this time. Are we agreed that the results at least look justifiable?

I see nothing gravely out of place

Hopefully Rox Girl will take a gander.
