Apparently I'm not the only one who sees this.

I can't wait for that day.

It will be a lot of fun to watch, hopefully as a starter but just letting him pitch would be great.

I would have to rank this very highly

as well. Although I was pretty excited about the Morales debut too, so I might put that one in there too. I am trying to think of hitters I have been really excited about and only Stewie comes to mind. I guess I was pretty excited about Tulo as well. Fowler is that mix as well, and I’m not sure who to get excited about next, but Cleary intrigues me.

I was pretty excited with Cookie's and Chin Hui Tsao's debuts also,

And to some extent Hawpe’s. Less so Holliday because his work in the minors just didn’t leave much to get excited about.

No one has mentioned JJ?

I realize we might be bitter towards him, but he was a 1st-rounder that will hold the distinction of the best MLB debut for the Rockies for a looooooong time.

Oh, I was super excited after his debut,

But for some reason I wasn’t anticipating it as much at the time as some of these other players since then. I think I just wasn’t quite as into our prospects then as I am now.

Fair enough

Jennings was the first prospect I knew anything about pre-debut. His successful debut started me on looking down the pipeline more.

For the millionth time:

I had tickets to the wrong Mets-Rockies game that series. I went the day before and almost caught a foul ball Chacon served up instead of watching Jennings turn in a Hall-of-Fame performance.

Hmm...the previous 999,999 times must have been before Nov 22

because I didn’t know that. That’s really unfortunate. Were you locked into the Chacon start by other plans? It’d be hard to intentionally pass on a debut. I’d think

Pretty much.

That year I had the tickets because a friend’s uncle had them for that game.

I was stoked

to see CDI debut, and in short succession with Tulo.

I really hope this happens

because that will make the Sky Sox even more fun to watch this year. If only there was a way to land McKenry. I am excited about the Of and potentially a couple pitchers, especially if Chacin is there. Now if I could only find that guy going door-to-door w/ those 10 game package deals. Oh well, there is always one of the greatest things ever, “$2 Tuesday.”

far $2 Tuesdays.

+2

the only bad thing about $2 Tuesdays is that there’s only one place to get the $2 beers and the line gets way too long. They should have a $2 beer stand at each section!

I've never been to a sky sox game

but I’d make the trip down for a Chacin start for sure.

A young pitcher

with good control and a plus changeup – stoked…
