So far as I have seen, that is. Could be wrong.
But either way, we’re up there. There are only three explanations.
1. The Rockies are the most popular team in baseball. Uhhhh… no.
2. Rockies fans have no lives. Nope again… nobody makes it to every game thread.
3. We’re absolutely bat nutty insane. Ah, there it is.

Lets see
1 pulled Jorge one guy too fast
2 left Hammel in one inning too long
3 botched the double switch putting the worst fielder in Left..in Left
4 PH with Q with runners in scoring position…instead of a better hitter.

He let a worse hitter hit (Smith) and then replaced him with a worst fielder but better hitter (Stew)

no RISP when he PH'ed Q, but it was after the opposing pitcher had given up
three dingers and was elevating everything. Q’s AB convinced him that maybe he could pitch in Coors and he reeled off something like eleven straight outs after that.

In something ridiculous like 20 pitches. I have no idea how many it was, but it seemed every AB was really, really short.
