Chacin
Those scouts who said last year that “he’s a fourth starter” looking a bit smarter this year. Not dominating AA like some other top pitching prospects in the division. Hopefully he can turn it around.
Edgmer Escalona...
I love this guy. Solid in the past, solid in Spring Training with the Rockies, and so far this season: 1-0, 2.08 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 19 K’s in 17.2 IP.

?
Should Greg Smith be getting knocked around by Single-A bats? That seems worrisome.

Well, he IS a contact pitcher...
…so in a way, we should always be worried about him. However, I doubt he’s fully “game-ready” at this point.

Deduno pitched decently today
he did walk 5 in 7 innings, but only gave up 2 hits and struck out 6. 7/5 GO/FO, so all in all not bad, but he threw way too many balls. I would like to see him looked at for a BP spot.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
Also...
… it appears Glendon Rusch cleared waivers, and has been outrighted to the Sky Sox.
