Top 10 Young Players in the NL West

Tulo
Tulo’s struggles of the past two seasons are brought to light in that he isn’t on this list of the Top 10 youngsters in the division, even though he, Upton, Ubaldo, and Lincecum arguably are the most talented. I’m interested to see if the Rox can get Tulo just to relax and not put so much pressure on himself. He could be one of the 4 or 5 best position players in the division, and perhaps even the NL, if he’ll just relax and play the game.
As an aside, I haven’t been nearly as impressed with Kershaw’s talent as most have. He seems like one of those guys that, as soon as he learns to control the curveball, guys will figure him out and he won’t be nearly as effective.
