These were really great
the best I’ve had at the stadium. Cut thick enough and big enough to actually taste something besides breading.
If you’ve never had them, they taste a little like beef flavored gizzards.

Bruce's
Bruce’s Bar in Severance, which re-opened last summer, now serves what they call Black Hills Oysters. They still serve their world famous Rocky Mountain Oysters, but they decided to branch out. The Black Hills Oysters are buffalo nuts. They’re better than the traditional oysters, but more expensive as well.

That sounds interesting
I like Buffalo meat as I like the texture, and the very slight hint of wild game taste in it….but I’d worry that in something like Oysters, you’d get a lot of extra unwanted flavor…or just enough extra to make them tasty
