Jorge Arangure Tweets: Rosmel Herrera to Rockies for $550,000
Herrera's pretty much been tied to the Rockies all along. Most scouting reports indicate he'll move to the outfield eventually, but he's got a bat that can play there.

That's roughly 400K less than expected
Excellent news! Given the state of the Rockies’s system at older levels, and coupled with Fernandez’ eye for talent, Herrera should be a top 20 Purp this year. One big name down, one more to go on the latin market!
I would like to get confirmation on Herrera's first name at some point...
I think this is the fourth different spelling I’ve seen so far.
I'm going to stick with Rosel for now (BA)
