Former Rockies Reliever Bobby Keppel Has Been Lights Out in Minnesota
Bobby Keppel pitched just 4 games for the Rockies in 2007 with an ERA of 11.25 (does anyone even remember him?). Since beeing called up by the Twins last month he has yet to allow a run over 11 1/3 innings. Anyone else wish we could have seen this comming?

True long man role
I don’t know that they can hang on to everyone hoping for an 11 2/3 inning scoreless streak…but good for him. That’s a long road for a 2000 1st round pick (Mets).
It’s interesting that the Twins are using him in a true long relief role—4.0 IP in one outing, 2.1 IP in another, 3.2 in another.
Leave Dexter alone! You're lucky he even performs for you!
