August Schedule Wallpaper - Monochrome Madness!
Last month was bad...pulling double-shifts at work, my girlfriend coming back early from field training with a badly sprained ankle - throw in a vacation around the All-Star Break and you've got an overly busy month. So just for all you loyal followers out there, I learned how to put textures onto fonts :) .
Let me know what you think of this month's edition! I'm headed to bed for now (3 am and such), but when I come back tomorrow night I'll sit down and watch our boys do battle with the Phillies while making up any special resolutions that people want (jrockies, should I just start making you one each month?) and getting to work on some mobile versions. I've also got a few other wallpaper ideas floating around in my brain...since I have a relatively light workweek, you may just get 3 or 4 wallpapers this time around :) .
Enjoy as always, and Go Rockies!

Great as always.
Thanks for the TV info.
Ignorance of the American League is a sign of good moral character.
Look out Dodgers...Purple objects in mirror are closer than they appear.

Forgot to mention
I do not need a special design again, but thanks for offering. This is really cool (as usual).

If I wasn't superstitious about my desktop background,
I’d be using this one. Unfortunately (or fortunately I guess), the last time I changed my background was the end of May.

I love these...
This reminds me, before the bottom of the ninth inning when the Reds are coming to bat in need of a rally, they play Apollo 440’s Stop the Rock. Which despite the title, the key lyrics are “You can’t stop the Rock”. I thought that maybe they would switch it for the Rockies because really, when our team comes on it just sounds like their PA people are rooting for Colorado, but nope.
and they didn't stop us

Same thing happened when I saw a game at Petco
The Padres took the field to “Let it Rock”. You’d think that the Padres of all teams would notice something like that.

Where did you sit at Petco?
Are you still in SD?

I was only in SD for 3 days
in mid July (w00t road trips). My girlfriend and I were in the handicapped seating just to the outside of the 3rd base line tower. Excellent view of the field. I’ve got some pictures up on my Facebook album here:

This is great.
Well done, and thank you for the various resolutions.
