Mike Minor gets big deal from Braves
I wonder what the implications are for Tyler Matzek. I get the distinct feeling he just has no intention of signing unless we come and bowl him over with money, which won't happen.
If we're really offering just shy of $3M, Matzek is gonna be wayyyyy over slot.
Damn the Tigers for paying Porcello so much.

Sad but true...
Plus, he doesn’t seem like the kind of player who would have agreed to an extension in Colorado anyways, so he’d be gone at the first chance; maybe this is for the best.
