Game 156: Kyle Lohse vs. Jorge De La Rosa

Stay connected for news and updates

This is a game that the Rockies should win. In fact, if they lose with their number two starter against St. Louis' number 4/5 guy struggling through an injury-plagued season, then I'll actually start to be worried about Atlanta. Yes, until the end of this game (and only should it be a poor result) I will remain unconcerned about the Rockies' playoff prospects.

Look, Lohse isn't very good (4.69 FIP, 5.33 tRA) and he's right-handed. Omar Quintanilla's pixies tell me that this is a good combination for the Rockies.
