It depends on what the league office wants to do,
a minor violation might get only a fine, a serious infraction (and in jcn7vc’s example, the note would be evidence of a serious infraction) might even wind up with a game forfeiture type of penalty.

The guy seems like a ball player. No one is going to match Todd’s D unless Tulo moves to 1b and that wont happen but Prince can hit.

He has more steals than Q.
Also he gets to be on base more than Q. But 100% of Q’s homers are lead takers and 50% are walk offs. Pujols has 31% and 2% by comparison. Maybe we shouldn’t trade him for Pujols.
