WIthout the one game he kept us in and we ended up winning, we don’t make the postseason.

I have fond memories from attending one of the Rockies-Rangers games in 2006..
I was disappointed Mark Texeira didn’t play, but it was the first game Chris Iannetta was called up for. He was posing for pictures behind the dugout, but also didn’t get to play. The highlight of the game for me was a perfect strike thrown by Brad Hawpe to 3rd base to cut down a runner trying to go from 1st to 3rd. Josh Fogg was the starter and gave up 5 runs early before buckling down and the Rockies came storming back after a short rain-delay to win the game.
Afterwards my dad and I fly fished all the way back to Delta, stopping wherever a spot looked good.
