What it will take for Napoli

Ive seen what you guys think is fair for Napoli and it baffles me. No way we want Betancourt, or Belisle. It would take Ian Stewart, and Friedrich. I heard you guys want Kazmir too so this is what I think a potential trade would look like. Napoli and Kazmir for Stewart, Friedrich and Eric Young/Chris Nelson

The only way the Rockies take Kazmir

is if the Angels eat a majority of his salary. I can guarantee O’Dowd will not trade the starting 3B and #3 prospect for Napoli though.

I don't think we'd move Stewart, we need him too much

Friedrich, Eric Young, and Blackmon are all pieces that (I think) are package-able.

I think I am going to print that proposal off and stick it on my fridge to laugh at.

Let me get this straight: Angels fan wants one of our top prospects (and one of the top50 in baseball) a 25-year-old third baseman that any moment “could” bust 30+ HRs and EY for a 30-year old catcher who batted .238 and an $8 million dollar pitcher who had 15 losses?

I wouldn’t even trade Mark Prior for Scott Kasmir.. and I am talking the current Prior.

Kazmir

I would move Cook for him if Kazmirs contract expires at the end of this season. Kazmir has fallen off the planet the last 2 years. Just wonder if his small stature got worn down quickly.
