Purple Row and Facebook

As I previously mentioned, SB Nation is running a contest among all the sites to see which one can have the most "likes" by the end of the year. Right now we're at 320 fans/likes, while other sites have upwards of 1,000. Let's bring this number up over the last month of the year and be accused of using non-humidified "likes" to better our chances at finishing near the top.

You can "like" Purple Row through the box below or you can visit our Purple Row Facebook page.

Anyone want the Purple Row Facebook to be more interactive?

And if you would be so kind as to "like" SB Nation Denver as well. Hide the updates if you want to.

Russ, this is incredibly insulting:
Anyone want the Purple Row Facebook to be more attractive?

It’s a beautiful community!

I meant on the inside.

But seriously, I’m surprised at the number of non-males that have liked the site on Facebook. Hooray for closing the gender gap in baseball.

So let's just win 12 more games next year, mmmkay?

Will the Gints complain about the non-humidor balls in Citizens Bank Ballpark when they lose there, too?

yes more interactive

I believe in the future, the reality of the present, the sweet memories of the past, living is more than breathing, spring will came if we wait, patiently, believing, hoping. But the winter is long and we must endure its cold. I believe in the future, the reality of what is to come, the sweet memories that are yet to occur, probably, eventually, someday.

And I believe in hope and anticipation: the idea that we’ll meet again, and counting down the days until we do.

So, like

having me or one of the other admin respond to comments left there? Anything in particular?

can it play music based on how I'm feeling?

two Icehouse 24 oz beers = $3.20 two "fancy" Bud Light 24 oz beers = $5.00

NOW who comes out on top?

Just more stuff besides a feed of the articles...I dunno.

I just liked them both

I don't want to play golf. When I hit a ball, I want someone else to go chase it. ~Rogers Hornsby

I've liked them both for a while now

With those who don't give a damn about baseball, I can only sympathize. I do not resent them. I am even willing to concede that many of them are physically clean, good to their mothers and in favor of world peace. But while the game is on, I can't think of anything to say to them. ~Art Hill

More interactive would be nice

But then again, I guess most of the interaction happens around in this site.

I liked it twice.

And yeah – more interactive would be great…Some folks only know about PR through the Facebook and feel comfortable commenting over there.

Also – don’t post the stories twice once as a link and once as a note…duplicate content like that can kill your google rankings – and it’s a bit annoying.
