Get the Rox a ring!
Hey guys!
For those of you who have played Out of the Park Baseball for the PC, I would like to know if it's really it's all cracked up to be. I just pre-ordered OOTP 11 and hope to make this the best Rockies team yet! Anyone have any comments? I've heard nothing but good things.

Just watched Bichette hit for the first cycle at Coors to win it against the Rangers. Too excited for April.

OOTP is a fantastic sim
Personally, I prefer Baseball Mogul because I feel it has a better sense for player development and has better overall league parity/competition (whereas I feel that OOTP is more about strictly managerial things, like building your fanbase and getting a perfect game strategy).
They’re both great sim games and an awesome way to while away the hours. I think it all comes down to which one you prefer, honestly. Some like OOTP, some like Mogul.

Is it baseball yet?

I play BBM but want to find out what OOTP 11 is like and whether it runs better than OOTP9
Some hope?

I just watched that cycle too
Like many cycles, it was a bit suspect. The double would have been a lazy fly ball in the humidor era. His double was an off balance arm swing that went to the deepest part of the ballpark in left center. The triple was very badly misplayed off the right field wall, and the single was a “walk-off single” that was hit to the track.
