Rangers 16, Rockies 5; Class act Aaron Cook makes Franklin Morales feel better by giving up nine runs

Well, on the bright side, Brad Hawpe hit a pair of doubles and Chris Iannetta went two for two. Other than that, Clint Hurdle showed off his mad skillz as hitting coach to his former employers as the Rangers pounded out 23 of them in the romp.

If asked what to say about our pitching for this game, the Rockaholic in need of treatment will say, "they got their work in, that's what's important."

Box score.

Well, the Rockaholic in me says in defense of our pitching

that the last two games have been shutouts.
We’re fine.

This is R year!

Stupid Rangers

They can’t even score the proper number of runs to honor Todd.

What !??!?!?!

Not Jimmy Gobble!

If I don’t have a chance to get in some Gobble jokes I’ve been working on in a game thread, I will never forgive him.

That’s Billy James Gobble

Thank you for asking :)

Just keep remembering, it’s not linear, and every day is a gift. :-)
