Just finished listening
I like the thoughts at the end about Cargo and Dex swapping spots in the lineup. I think a big part of Dex hitting second is his ability to hit right handed therefore alternating the lineup between left and right handed batters. I think that strategy can and is over emphasized at times especially in Tracy’s lineups. I know it’s effective for making pitching changes late in the game difficult for the opposing team but over the course of the season I wonder if it’s worth what it costs in exchange for slugging percentage with speed on the bases.
