Jason Hammel, Jorge De La Rosa, Franklin Morales, Randy Flores, Manny Corpas and Juan Rincon are all scheduled to pitch for the Rockies. Billy Buckner, Bobby Howry, Leo Rosales and three other pitchers will be throwing for Arizona.
Notes:
- In the absence of several regulars, the Rockies lineup looks different from what we'll probably see on opening day, but the LRLRL configuration leading into and including Chris Iannetta and Ian Stewart may be a hint that this will be Tracy's preference with those two (and Clint Barmes would then replace Herrera at #8) as far as the lineup order.
- Paul Lo Duca's been getting a couple of articles about his comeback, but he still seems unlikely to be here a month from now. Only if Iannetta or Miguel Olivo get injured do I see him having a shot, and that would only be temporary.
- D-backs starter Brandon Webb is still not all that close to ready for pitching in Spring games, and still seems well behind Jeff Francis in his recovery given recent reports. If he's unavailable by the beginning of the season, which seems likely at this point, look for Kevin Mulvey or Rodrigo Lopez to get starts instead.
The audio broadcast of the game will also be available via KOA or Arizona's KTAR.

What I mean is that the NLDS could be 3-5 games, the NLCS could be 4-7 games and the World Series could be 4-7 games. So the playoffs could be anywhere from 11-19 games just for the Rockies.

Why does everybody hate our ST hats?
The only thing that matters to me is the CR on the cap to be honest.
Apparently the design is distracting.
I don’t think they’re all that bad this year, not great though.
Because they're terrible looking.
That’s definitely not exclusive to the Rockies, though – every team’s ST/BP hat is awful.

this is the way it works for some stadiums in ST
A few update as it happens, but sadly not the Rockies. I hope this changes with the new facilities next year.
I think it has to do if they have someone hired to do it too.

Gameday audio isn't blacked out
I’m in Denver and I have it. They changed that last year. Cuz they can’t black it out on the internet radio here and gameday. They realized it was available at all online for Denver people.
This game
is so intense, the anxiety is so thick you can cut it with a knife. I don’t know about you but I am shaking with very pitch. Absolutely riveting.

The cafe had a line out the door. I walked right in past everyone, found a bag with my name on it on a shelf and walked right back out. I was back in four minutes. I’m thinking I will do this more often.
