I know he doesn’t get along too well with the SABR community, but he knows his stuff – I’d like to see him in the booth instead of Frazier.

The old commercials (including last year's) are kinda depressing, especially after the "permanent contender" talk.
The Tulo-in-airport-security one is about the only one from last year that’s not painful to watch.

I wish Spilly the best (and if he switches careers to sports broadcasting, I hope he comes back to Colorado).
I’ve got a family member from Santa Barbara who knows him, and says he’s a nice guy. Not a reason to keep someone on a team, but a reason to wish him the best doing other things.
(The family member was visiting for the Spilly-slam game… but went to bed before the end. Not relevant, but seemed like it figured.)

but I still can’t get over how hot Jason Hammel is in his episode of Spill the Beans.
