On this edition, Andrew and I discuss the following topics and more:

- Music.
- Greg Reynolds' and Esmil Rogers' starts this past week, and why this is an important audition period for both of their futures.
- Why both Jonathan Herrera and Jose Lopez supporters have reason to be happy so far this season.
- Ian Stewart's struggles and what we can/should do to help fix them.
- Reminiscence of the times Andrew and I have gotten in trouble for criticizing players.
- The organization's attitude towards releasing players.
- Eric Simon of Amazin' Avenue joins us to preview the upcoming series against the Mets.
- Eric shares his thoughts on Jose Reyes, Mike Pelfrey, Scott Hairston, our old friend Taylor Buchholz and more.
- Knuckleballers such as R.A. Dickey.

- Eric's take on the Mets' new direction after major changes in administration.

Whatever happened to that Hynick guy?

he was the one that couldn’t throw above like the low eighties but had a good minor league career anyway?

Dont you think its funny Contreras is the Phillies closer..

When he couldn’t even crack our bullpen? This team feels strong right now. I haven’t felt like we were the underdogs in any of the games so far.

I find it more funny that he refused to re-sign with us because he wanted to start

So he went to Philly, where he was supposed to start but is now closing.

Rogers domination matched the start he had in his last start of ..ST

Granted it was ST, but it was late in spring against the defending AL champs. He dominated everyone in the order not named Josh Hamilton who he seemed to be intimidated by. The reason I’m impressed by Rogers is because he has quality stuff. Once he learns to trust his stuff he could be a top of the rotation candidate.
