Purple Row on Bloomberg Sports

I was contacted earlier this week for a short interview with Bloomberg Sports to preview the Colorado Rockies 2011 season. Just a few short questions about breakout players, Troy Tulowitzki, things of that nature. At the end of their video, they promote their fantasy sports tool as well.

Click past the jump for 5 glorious minutes of Q&A.

Star-divide

If their fantasy tool seems like something you'd like, they gave us a link for a discounted price on their fantasy sports tool.

That was very well done.

You don’t see Tulo as a 40 homer guy? Once again, another guy doesn’t say Chacin’s first name correctly. But, 2 of the best parts of that besides you being on there. 1. He put Tulo above this guy named Hanley( FINALLY) and that hot looking chick on there.

He said Chacin's name right, it's Yoh-leese

and no, I don’t. I see him cracking 30 but not hitting 40. And while I’d enjoy it for now, when we’re in the latter years of his contract, I don’t want him having to turn swing upside down to account for declining power.

and yes, RIRF, I saw your fanpost about the stance change

I acknowledge it, but I am very much of the position that his stance change is what makes him a 30+ HR threat rather than a 25 HR threat.

a note on pronunciations

I’d like to believe that you repeated “Jimenez” back at him in order to show him how it’s actually pronounced.

…funny how everyone makes it harder than it has to be.

Is that four tacos in your pocket, or are you just happy to see the Rockies scoring 7 or more runs?

Well If Tulo

has another month like September of 2010, then yes he is a 40+ homerun guy.

Jonathan Herrera is not the Answer.... He's the Anti-Answer.

If Ubaldo has another April-May

then he is a 30 win guy

You're no 40+ homer guy...

maybe you should try changing your stance.

Well done, sir.

Funny how Jose Lopez or Jonathan Herrera didn’t make it in the discussion. I think Lopez could be considered a sleeper if he goes back to ‘09 form (lolCoorz) and Herrera is rarely not mentioned outside Rockies’ circles.
