I'm not much of a stats guy, but I'm thinking Betancourt in the innings is starting to turn into a liability.

I've read comments from posters who think he gets tired and loses it when used consecutive nights in a row. But last night against the Brewers, he was rested and still gave up the long ball. I'm getting the feeling that his command is declining with his age. I'd like to see the Rockies play to the strength of their Matts and have Lindstrom become the permanent 8th inning guy.

I'd like to hear the wisdom of the community discuss this suggestion below.
