Bringing Dexy Back

"Paging Dexter Fowler . . . The Rockies require your presence in center field.
With Carlos Gonzalez recovering from a deep bone bruise in his right wrist, the Rockies need Fowler's defensive presence in the wide-open spaces of Coors Field.
Fowler will be called up from Triple-A Colorado Springs today.
Although his season average at Triple-A is .237, he has hit .385 over the last 10 games. The Rockies are eager to see what he can do.
"We have seen his body of work over the last couple of weeks," manager Jim Tracy said. "We are very well aware of what Dexter is up to. He's going to be a guy that comes back to us and makes the type of contribution that we know he's capable of."
