Sitting down with Tulsa Drillers (and Colorado prospect) catcher Wilin Rosario

Stay connected for news and updates

I recently had the chance to sit down with Tulsa Drillers catcher Wilin Rosario. He entered Saturday night's game against Corpus Christi batting .250 with 11 homers and 26 RBIs.The 22-year-old Rosario entered this season as the No. 2 prospect in the Rockies minor leagues, according to Baseball America.

Rosario, who recently started for the Texas League's North Division All-Star team, has once again been named to the World roster for the XM All-Star Futures Game, set for July 10 in Phoenix as part of All-Star weekend. The native of Bonao, Dominican Republic, is one of two catchers on the World roster.

During our chat, I had the chance to ask him about his All-Star appearances, his recovery from last season's injury, and his thoughts on his MLB future. You can read the article by clicking here.
