Twitter / @schadjoe: Former Wisconsin QB Russel ...
OK, This might be bigger news.
Wisconsin QB Russell "I can't spike the stupid ball in the stupid Rose Bowl before the stupid clock expires" Wilson has informed the Rockies that he's going to pursue football rather than baseball, and we won't be seeing him this spring.
Wilson's a phenomenal athlete, but he would have just so much ground to cover to hit the majors, he probably just saw football as the best means to get to the "major league", so to speak.

I'd have to imagine the contract was pretty tight in case this happened
So Wilson hardly gets any signing bonus for only playing 1 yr
Will be interested to see where this kid gets drafted. Haven’t heard much draft talk about him being a legit NFL starting prospect, maybe higher rated than Tyrod Taylor who ended up a 5th or 6th rd pick.
He's a little short for an NFL QB...
and probably also for a stormtrooper.
There are no apostrophes in plurals.
A lot is two words. Allot can be one word but it has another meaning.
The only time you really want to use "myself" is when you are the recipient of your own action. Usually you're better off using "me."
Your is not the correct contraction of you are. The word you're looking for is you're.
It's anyway, not anyways.
But if you only remember one thing...

Would be funny
to see him as the Broncos backup next year

Then he can come visit CF whenever he wants

And the thing is, the Broncos are probably the best fit for him.
Just a small town kid who thinks Coors Field on a sunny summer Saturday night is the best place to be on this or any other plane of existence. When a late-inning Todd Helton go-ahead homerun is added to this scenario, my brain melts.
