No but seriously, there was once a blog devoted to how awesome it was that somebody as ancient as Moyer was still pitching. And now he's pitching again and like all sorts of important stuff has happened since he last pitched, like Rebecca Black and The Smurfs movie. I imagine a few here will be disappointed in Moyer, as he's old, and the Internet's no country for old men, but really if the Rockies young guns can't be a 49 year old, we're better off with the 49 year old.

As Troy Renck reports and provides photographic evidence, Dexter Fowler has bulked up... considerably. It will be interesting to see what impact this may have for the Rockies center fielder or if he'll be another "best shape in his life" Spring story that gets lost come summertime. After getting a big raise, Fowler says that he is ready for a big season.
