Around SBN: Ryder Hesjedal Wins Giro d'Italia

Troy Renck is reporting that the Rockies are close on acquiring SS Marco Scutaro from the Red Sox. Scutaro had a pretty solid 2011, and he'd provide some stability for the 2B position that the Rockies have craved for a few years now.

UPDATE: Or not.

sorry, we don’t really have ‘good’ players. We can give you former top prospects who’ve seen their career derail.

This one is on Renck, guys. Sorry.

Pretty sure this is one of those “let’s float it and see if Boston falls into the ocean” things.

Big letdown

Even bigger if we get Justin Turner. Someone enlighten me on his upside? .260 avg with a .334 obp?

I like a Turner for Moscoso trade if we can swing it

This had better be true.

29 today, 28 tomorrow is how many days remain until Pitchers and Catchers report for Spring Training. Plus, I leave tomorrow to go to Las Vegas to bowl in a professional tournament and 2 days until I start bowling
Self taught and falling in love with this game is very easy to do, you can never hate it, and that is something that not one person can take away from anybody. The love of baseball and OUR COLORADO ROCKIES.
