There's one thing I will say as a positive tonight: Christian Friedrich tossed 7 innings of 1 run ball down in the Springs tonight against the Las Vegas 51s.
The Sky Sox offense notched 2 runs on 4 hits and pulled out a win. The Rockies? Lost 7-1 on 7 hits.
Neither Matt Reynolds nor Tyler Chatwood looked particularly good out of the pen tonight. Despite the other garbage parts of his start, Guthrie did go 7 innings and gave the bullpen a break tonight. 6 Runs, 2 Walks, 1 Strikeout.
Other good things... uh... Marco Scutaro, Tyler Colvin, and Chris Nelson all had 2 hits apiece, and Michael Cuddyer tallied himself a double.
Man, I can't even pretend that we didn't have another error tonight.
Can we just like accept a .400 record through the rest of April and fast forward May? And actually play some decent baseball?
