First let me say that I'm not a Rox fan (I'm a Cubs fan) but I play fantasy baseball and I own Christian Friedrich in a keeper league. I can't help but notice that he's getting waxed at home, while being stellar on the road. Distant memories remind me of fellow curveball dominant pitchers such as Mike Hampton and the Cubs, Rich Hill also struggling at Coors (8.80 ERA in 3 starts, although Hill sucked everywhere ha).
Just a question, (which is probably more appropriate as a comment somewhere) , can good curveball dominant pitchers survive at Coors without a dominant 2nd pitch?
