How often do we hear ODud blaming the altitude for the 8978979 problems with our pitching? It's not failures in the scouting, drafting, development, or strength and conditioning aspects. No, not at all! It's the altitude... In this article, Cook talks about how he is regaining form in Boston. Of interest to me was how he referenced the pitching program. He is able to recover between starts, and mentions he is no longer forced to do "long toss". While this sheds a light on the solid program in Boston, I think this might also reveal something about the Rockies. Is our strength and conditioning program part of the problem?
