Two pitchers developed by Los Angeles area farm systems square off. Eovaldi was traded by the Dodgers to the Marlins with others for Hanley Ramirez, Chatwood was received by the Rockies from the Angels in exchange for Chris Iannetta. Are the Angels and Dodgers that much better at developing pitchers than the two 1993 expansion teams that the latter have to outsource to them for their leftovers? It seems that way...
Anyway,
GO ROCKIES!!!
