After winning the first game, 8-4, the Colorado Rockies will look to lefty Jeff Francis for a doubleheader sweep of the New York Mets.
Francis is coming off of a rough outing in San Francisco in his previous start. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, allowing seven hits and seven runs (four earned) while walking a pair and striking out a pair. Francis was much better in his first start of the season on Opening Day at Coors Field, allowing just one run on five hits in six innings.
Laffey allowed three runs in 4 1/3 innings in his only start of the season on April 5 against the Miami Marlins. He also threw a scoreless inning of relief at Minnesota on Friday.
Helton and Tulo both on the bench for the Rockies.
