The road to 100 starts tonight. With 42 games to go and no hope of salvation from the likes of Jhoulys Chacin, Brett Anderson, Troy Tulowitzki, nor Carlos Gonzalez, the Colorado Rockies need to decide if they are going to let the runaway train of this season run them over or if they are going to grab on and try and hold on for the rest of the ride.
There are 42 games on the season and the team needs to go 17-25 to not lose 100 games. This may sound doable but look at their record since the All-Star Break. 6-18! If that is not bleak enough for you, heading into the All-Star Break, they played 54 games to earn 17 wins. In other words, this team is very capable of ending the season with anywhere from 100-110 losses.
Tonight's game features one of the few bright spots in the pitching corps for the Rockies as Jorge De La Rosa returns to his preferred park looking for a fifth straight home win. The problem is Alfredo Simon is having a pretty darn good year and will likely cause trouble for the depleted Colorado lineup. Speaking of lineups, here they are for tonight:

5. Ryan Ludwick (R) LF
