Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - The Texas Rangers placed pitcher Vicente Padilla on the 15-day disabled list Saturday, and recalled pitcher Kameron Loe from Triple-A Oklahoma. Padilla's trip to the DL, his second this season, is retroactive to August 25. He is out with a strained left hamstring, and was scratched from a scheduled start against the Angels on Friday. The 30-year-old Padilla has gone 12-7 with a 4.98 earned run average this season for the Rangers, while walking 56 and striking out 105 in 148 1/3 innings. Loe has already had four separate stints with Texas this season, and made seven relief appearances in total. He has posted a 2.29 ERA and 1-0 record.
