Help us Purple Row -- Gaslamp Ball

Dear Purple Row readers,

This past March, Gaslamp Ballers answered Rox Girl's plea to help vote for Purple Row in the SI Blog poll. We did our best and closed the gap in a tight race. It appears that it wasn't enough, but we gave our best effort.

When Padres Pitcher Chris Young was left off the All Star team this month our readers begged us to solicit the help of you kind folks at Purple Row. We refused, saying that we wanted to wait until your help was absolutely needed. It has to be something important.

That time has come. We need your help in voting for "The Swinging Friar" in a Mascot Tourney.

Help us Purple Row, you're our only hope.

Eat. Drink. Be Merry. But the above FanPost does not necessarily reflect the attitudes, opinions, or views of Purple Row's staff (unless, of course, it's written by the staff [and even then, it still might not]).
